Refuge Recovery is a fellowship of men and women for whom addictions have created a major problem in their lives. The program is based on the principles of Buddhism: particularly the Four Noble Truths & the Eightfold Path. Refuge Recovery is in alternative to the traditional 12-Step Approach to recovery.
I happened to find my purpose in life through helping those with addiction. It’s not about making a dollar or becoming known, it’s about if I can help one person, better their outcome when it comes to dealing with substances then I’ve found success.

Essentially Self-Awareness is the process of finding yourself. The effects are far reaching as it enables you to see how you most effectively work with others, as well as teaches you how to govern yourself.
